Let's see, what laws will he break? Shaking a dust mop out a window? Tearing the tag off his mattress? Wearing house slippers outside? No, that's only illegal after 10pm. Walking with an umbrella when it's not raining? Offering dog or cat hair, or raw milk for sale? Using obscene or abusive language? So many laws, so little time to break them.
