A sign here at 59 Second Ave., between Third and Fourth Streets (once again under a sidewalk bridge), thanks patrons for their "support, trust and kindness over the years."

That area is a dump!
Soon to be even more of a dump now that they are expanding the shelters around the corner for intake that used to happen at Bellevue. Maybe that is why they are moving. All these places on the block, and the residents, deal with the outcomes of the shelters but with such a huge amount coming in, and it was done via an emergency declaration by the city so they could bypass impact studies, regulations etc, it is going to be so much worse around here. The EV gets all these types of facilities all the time. Why not other neighborhoods?
I'll miss the hot & sour soup!
