Police and media reports say three men standing outside the complex were hit when someone opened fire around 3:30 a.m.
EMTs took the victims — ages 35, 37 and 41 — to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue, where they are expected to recover.

I was wondering what was going on last night as all the police and ambulance sirens and police helicopters making all that noise at that location actually woke me up. Things are bad in the LES especially with drug dealing and junkies which seems to be everywhere down here these days.
