Good thread on Gawker this afternoon on two Bushwick residents referring to their neighborhood now as "BillyWick" or "BushBurg."

Totally missed this thread. I would have suggested yunnietown for the EV; Vapid Hill for Murray Hill; Gentrifiedvania for LES.
People who refer to eastern EV as Alphabet City, invariably, are tourists and/or originally from Shaker Heights, Ohio.

Hi anonymous...sorry for the tardy response...I've noticed the EasyEVG name before at Gawker -- that's not me. A lawsuit is forthcoming -- because I'm not all that easy!
Well, most of those gawkers are lawyers, so you better be prepared. Prepare to be doc reviewed (i'm sure that's what all the lawyering they do).
