perhaps trying too hard to scrape together enough dosh to fund the summer getaway to the hamptons?
If I was a neighbor, I suppose I'd worry about a bunch of spring break types renting the place for the summer to party, etc.
I'm sure they'll get summer college students to take the place of the college students that went home for the summer.
