Now, EVG reader Worth Civils passes along a solid tip: The former vegetarian restaurant will become an organic market. Further details are scarce at the moment, but this news should allay any fears of another Starbucks.

Kate should sell some of her foods at the market and then everybody is happy! Maybe?

Fantastic!! So much better than that dirty old restaurant with lazy waitstaff. I hope the prices at the organic market are reasonable. I'm 1 1/2 blocks from there!
