On 14th Street (just east of Second Avenue), someone looks to be rooting for France today over Argentina in the World Cup final... or maybe just excited for the season 3 premiere of "Emily in Paris." 😬

I dunno. Congrats to Argentina, I guess, but honestly, France and Argentina are the two most annoying countries on the planet.
Take the flags away and that photo is a dead ringer for an Edward Hopper painting.
