Clara Favale, a friend who lives on the block, reports that Sarah was last seen on Sunday.
"She would never leave her post for more than a half hour to get food," said Clara, who has been in contact with the NYPD, Homeless Services Outreach and area hospitals to no avail.

I don't know how one goes about getting this done, but NYC Emergency Alerts sends out Vulnerable Adult alerts when someone goes missing. Maybe call 311 and ask how this can be accomplished?

I walked past her usual post this morning and saw her belongings strewn around but no Sarah in sight. I hope she’s located and doing alright.
