I appreciate that they’re trying to clean up but is this really cleaning up? Or just moving the filth around. They do it at the campus where I teach and it cleans the pavement, but everything else--sidewalks, cars, mailboxes, plants--gets coasted in dust. And they’re burning gas to move it around.
