When Manitobas, the punk bar, was on Ave B between 6th and 7th, they briefly had a sign in the window that read, " Frat Boys - Keep Walking." After a short time they took it down because of how much it was hurting business. So it goes in today's East Village.

I'm old enough to remember when graffiti was edgy but this is just milquetoast. Who could possibly disagree with it?
