I'm around the corner from Tompkins Sq & go over for a 'nature break' several times a week & there's always interesting stuff - all manner of plants & flowers, cute dogs in the dog runs, performers, just stretching out on the lawn, resident hawks, skateboarders, basketball games, people watching.....always interesting.
