Can I pay less if I don't get the Lefroy Brooks, Vola, Zuma, and Duravit? Because I don't know what those are.
That guy in the photo looks like he's from The Matrix.
Maybe the owner would replace those custom pieces with good old American Standards from a salvage yard for you. Then they could have a first resale for the custom bathroom fixtures.
"Streamlined with a beautiful white lacquer finish"? That makes absolutely no sense. But then, neither does this hideous building or its over-the-top appurtenances, at least not in my eyes.

Sorry to be late, but this just occurred to me: “Wall-Hung Toilet?” Isn’t that the wooden box with a chain attached to it that pretty much vanished about 25-30 years ago? Talk about retro-chic.
