A couple of years ago, the whole park looked like this. Unfortunately, this is pretty much the only flower patch left.
I've seen dog owners let their dogs urinate on the daffodils and other plants by the 7th Street playground. Why???? A parks employee told me to start taking pictures and send them to PEP. You would think people would have more respect for plants and flowers, but here we are.

So incredibly beautiful and lush this year!
I walked through Sunday morning, a day after 70 degree weather, and the park was rather tidy. I think we're seeing an improvement.
