Everyone is now using the "who the fuck is" t-shirt shtick. But who was the first to do so and when?

The "who the fuck is" thing started with Keith Richards. He was photographed wearing a t-shirt that read "Who the fuck is Mick Jagger?" at Toronto Airport back in 1971.
