I was at a holiday party on 2nd st with a view of that HA the other night. The host told me that for years after she moved into her place (abt 20 yrs ago) she thought those were the first two letters of a longer message HAPPY CHRISTMAS, and that she only had a partial view.
Ha! That's funny... they'll need a bigger building to fit the PPY CHRISTMAS....
