Just looking at the floor-to-ceiling goodness of the Copper Building on Avenue B and 13th Street... these appear to be the model homes for prospective homesteaders...

Oh how I HATE the Copper Building. I've lived at 219 Ave B for nearly 20 years. I had a lovely kitchen window from which over my morning tea I could stare down Ave B...Now I stare at the plywood their workers tacked over my window before building flush up against my window,and contemplate more nasty young trust fund brats running around MY neighborhood. I hope the Copper Building is a big time economic failure and the ownres lose everything.
