Half? Well, it's nice to read an optimistic news article for a change. Only half "...show conditions ripe for attracting them..."? Amazing. I'm curious. Which lines are NOT ripe for attracting rats? I think there must some downtown lines that are unmarked on the current MTA map.

Yes, which lines do NOT have rats? I think I'd avoid those for fear of being infected with the andromeda strain or something...
