Most of the time when I go by the place is as empty as Bloomberg's head, and the staff is standing there looking longingly at the door, as if trying to will someone to come in.
With the "Eastside Village" moniker being such a flash in the pan, how does my apartment now stand in the eyes of realtors? Did it depreciate/appreciate? My gracious, how I worry! -H

"Eastside Village" was way better. Or how about change it up each time? "Upper Lower East Side"?
