Papa John's is back in the East Village!
Back in December, a tipster pointed out the location of the new Papa John's on First Avenue — Eastside Village!

Most of the time when I go by the place is as empty as Bloomberg's head, and the staff is standing there looking longingly at the door, as if trying to will someone to come in.
*cue studio audience "awww!" sigh sound*
"Eastside Village" was way better. Or how about change it up each time? "Upper Lower East Side"?
Another anti-gay pizza chain. Blech.
With the "Eastside Village" moniker being such a flash in the pan, how does my apartment now stand in the eyes of realtors? Did it depreciate/appreciate? My gracious, how I worry!
