I saw the downed tree this morning but was more captivated by THE RATS!!!
The rain has flushed ALL of those suckers up to the surface at once. It was truly harrowing to see. They were crawling out onto the sidewalk along Avenue A. I know the Ratstravaganza has been an issue but I have NEVER seen so many rats at one time.
Here, you'll find things that you may or may not be interested in about the East Village and other parts of New York City. Appreciating what's here while it's still here. Remembering what's no longer here. Wishing some things weren't here that are here.
