I don't have cable TV. (Cut the cable years ago.) But, I do have the cable plugged in and get all the regular broadcast channels. Included amongst the odd public access channels is that odd Channel 21 (not WLIW) where they just show non-stop live shots of streets or highway. Right now they're airing a desolate, rainy Times Square. VERY "Blade Runner," (my favorite film of all time) and such a nice respite from the non-stop weather news. I'm leaving it on. We love tips
Have a story idea or tip about something happening in the East Village? Or maybe a photo? Or several photos? Or video! We'd love to hear about it. Or see it. Or something. Please go here to submit a tip.
By the way
Here, you'll find things that you may or may not be interested in about the East Village and other parts of New York City. Appreciating what's here while it's still here. Remembering what's no longer here. Wishing some things weren't here that are here.

This is what Henry Hudson saw when he first came to NY.
Just came home from Percey's. Nice crowd. 4 of NY's Finest were in, drinking cokes.
Nice photos!
Beautiful photos.
