Work crew returns to 35 Cooper Square
Speaking of 35 Cooper Square... Bobby Williams notes that a work crew returned to the scene yesterday... the first activity spotted here in nearly three weeks...

Saionara...Lower East Side. Soon some new arrival will ask me why I don't just move. To where? So you can move into my apartment for $ 5600 a month? Ain't gonna happen. I'm protecting you as much as I'm protecting myself.
