This is on my doorstep... we laughed when we saw it. Sorry, Mom drilled spelling/grammar into my thick skull, so I had fun counting all the problems on this flyer. The writer has a serious "Should I capitalize this or not?" problem. LMFAO!
Nice of them to put up a note but who has their windows open with a 96° heat index? And any A/C unit will suck up that dust and deposit nicely on all 500 sq ft of your tenement apt. There isn't much you can do...
BTW even the added on "burglar" is misspelled... love it!
