I have found myself complaining about the b.o. on New York City trains in the summer, but I'll never, ever complain again after taking trains in Italy and being subjected to the worse b.o. I have ever smelled. I actually sat on a train from Venice to Rome, wrapped in a blanket of b.o. emanating from the man across the aisle from me, thinking if I worked in advertising I'd create an advertising campaign picturing this stinky guy with the tagline, "Do you want to be this guy?" and instructing men to wear deodorant.

By the way
Here, you'll find things that you may or may not be interested in about the East Village and other parts of New York City. Appreciating what's here while it's still here. Remembering what's no longer here. Wishing some things weren't here that are here.
