And smokers think they don't affect anyone.. . . Walking the streets includes dodging swaying cigarettes in peoples' hands, and butts being thrown about like the sidewalk is a garbage can for flames. And this is not just one age group doing this.
I was walking on 1st Avenue near Blackhound Bakery when someone flicked a lit cigarette from an open window down to the pavement and it almost hit me. WTF!!
