Great sign, it seems pretty epic to me!
That is noting or pertaining to a long poetic composition, usually centered upon a hero, in which a series of great achievements or events is narrated in elevated style?

Too over the top to actually deter anyone. Something more pragmatic like "You are being videotaped" is probably more effective.
