The new map they just posted looks like most of the East Village is in the evacuation zone... http://www.nyc.gov/html/oem/downloads/pdf/zoneA_evac_centers_102612.pdf
There is a lot of loose stuff in the empty lot on 11th and Ave A where the flea market was. This seems like this will be a really dangerous situation when the winds pick up. Anyone know if there is someone to call about this? Who owns this lot?
