Pencil me in for the ROYAL bash, not the Super Smash. I want to be able to meet a prince that evening, not some smashed Frat boy please.
Owned by the same people supposedly (via comments on the Eater article). evgrieve - Please. No more Superdive. There has to be more important news in the EV.
yeah, but does/will the imperial royal bash have a midget pirate popping champagne bottles at the stroke of midnight? me thinks not
Here come the whores looking for a prince, but in the end they'll get airtighted by three frat boys...
He also owns Drop Off Service, and I think The Cock unless he got rid of it after it moved off Ave A.
Open bars violate NYS liquor laws right?
More Superdive treads, can’t get enough, like picking at a scab.
And just like Superdive (which was listed for sale 3 months after opening) this place is already on the market. These guys are real fucking pieces of work. Spend 50k-125k on a space, run it into the ground while garnering as much press as possible and try to hook some moron into buying the shitshow at it's peak. Leaving decent business owner to feel the brunt of SLA/Community Board hate.THESE are the people who give bars/restaurants bad names, and who cause the legislation that hurts people who are running decent businesses.Awful.
Is LES JEWELS and company going on the two for one offer
Anon you are right, except that he is having trouble selling SuperDive because of those tactics. It seems to me that the only real card that the community holds is to find ways to block the sale of a business that operated in bad faith so the owner isn't rewarded for bad behavior. The bad seeds are who laws are created to protect the rest of us from, and in the end nobody wins.
