Extra Place... I'm not sure how you let people walking by the alley know that you're back there... but I suppose this is one way...

The piles of trash should help. They just scream "Great restaurant over here!"
is that even street legal, given that it's blocking the "dead end" sign?

With a location like that, they gonna need some serious word of mouth.
Cue tumbleweeds, cowpokes and saloon girls hanging around then maybe someone will go back there.
I walked past the alley on Sunday and noticed the sign and almost did a double take. It looked so... incongruous with its surroundings. But I DID notice it so that's half the battle, eh?
