Quintessence reopens today, sign out front says
On Tuesday, the DOH closed Quintessence, the vegan-raw food restaurant on 10th Street between First Avenue and Avenue A for various infractions...

hope they didn;t lose too much money. and i will say it again - the DOH should go ticket the SUBWAY on avenue B for feeding people carcinogenic POISON and leave the good guys alone!
