Hahaha I saw these guys at the Tompkin's square showing of Raging Bull last night. The whole crew and their dog were kicking back and watching and occasionally wandering around blocking the screen. Unfortunately, they were seated directly in front of where we put our blankets down and the smell was pretty intense. After a while, we realized we couldn't smell them anymore...which was sort of even more gross that we had gotten used to it.

We love tips
Have a story idea or tip about something happening in the East Village? Or maybe a photo? Or several photos? Or video! We'd love to hear about it. Or see it. Or something. Please go here to submit a tip.
By the way
Here, you'll find things that you may or may not be interested in about the East Village and other parts of New York City. Appreciating what's here while it's still here. Remembering what's no longer here. Wishing some things weren't here that are here.

Tips for Getting a Good Night’s Sleep: If you need to make up for a few lost hours, opt for a daytime nap rather than sleeping late.
I'm seein more of those people around lately.
I passed them this morning. They were kind enough to leave more room to walk than your average iPhone zombie or clueless dog walker.
Is this a reenactment of the Jonestown Massacre? You gotta love street art!
