I think the one of the right is supposed to be Nicki Minaj. Chico's art never gets any better but this one is at least not all cockeyed and out of proportion.
Which is too bad cause I like those better. By the way, there was a "for sale" sign on this masterpiece.

I know Chico is a legend in these parts, but has anyone else noticed that his work is kind of awful?

Yes, Anonymous you are right. But his work parallels the years in the EV:
Early - naive hopeful gritty, faults forgiven
Middle - Some promise, still local
Late - Glam and commercial masquerading as street
But no advance in style or technique
Sigh.
it looks like he's trying to get better with faces but they're still off, something about those strange eyes.
If Madam would forgive-- the shadow over the left eye is a little unbalanced.
