The building will feature residences from studios to three-bedroom units. (No mention of pricing.) Listed amenities include a full-time doorman, fitness center, lounge area, grill & wet bar and an "immaculate indoor/outdoor park."

Woo! no sleep for neighbors for sure. Perhaps it's about time those creating these renderings consider some diversity.
Apparently this building anticipates only having white tenants. What a nightmare!

noble neolani, I'm definitely with you in spirit, but why should the renderings consider diversity, when the owners, and our new 'hood inhabitants, don't give a flying fuck about anyone slightly different than their precious, pampered selves?
