The East River, soon-to-be-known-as The West River.
Last night, vehicles were patrolling Avenue D announcing that being in Zone A could result in a misdemeanor charge. I guess they're not enforcing that.

Mayor explicitly said they WOULD NOT arrest people for refusing to evacuate. Another case of NYPD overreach.
Kids should not be playing in that water! It's the east river for crying out loud!

Stunning... I'm kind of happy that my today's flight back home got cancelled and I spent it with my nephews tobogganing in Switzerland instead. Please stay all dry & healthy!
