Our long neighborhood nightmare is over! The 'Hot Chicks Room' sign is gone (sort of)

The sign came down yesterday...

Actually, workers just flipped the sign around... you can still see the hot pink letters...

In any event. Long live the Hot Chicks Room sign!

It's the end of an era. The Room Formerly Known As the Hot Chicks Room.

Hot Chicks Room, we hardly knew ye. Whatever happened to the petition to Save the Hot Chicks Room?

Holy F, you had me laughing out loud so hard at the sight of the t-shirt... my cubicle neighbors must have been like, 'wth!?'

I hope it's an illuminated sign that will now read "MOOR SKCIHC TOH"!

I will buy dinner, for anyone living close to there, willing to conspicuously display a Hot Chicks Room sign in their apartment window. Neon perhaps? It sure would torture these whining Park Slope émigrés. And serves them right. Ruining my nabe and vibe with their sexless marriages, period reducing drugs and miserable faces. Oh, when Fran Lebowitz gets to be mayor, how she’ll set them straight.

Thank god. I can't tell you how less crowded the sidewalk was last night now that they've inverted that soul-corrupting sign, and its sinful invitation to harlots, trollops, and nightspenders. But don't be fooled, there will be no freedom from lust or noise until those damned red velvet curtains are torn down. One petition is never enough! [Felicia sharpens pencil.]

Wow you commenters are dumb. I don't really care or leave very close to it but it's clear that most of the people that cared about this dumb shit hated it because of it's annoying fratty mall hellishness - not because they're afraid of sex or "offended" or something.

No you're dumb so I'm glad you don't "leave" near here. When you say fratty mall hellishness are you talking about the Hot Topic stores? So just because of the word "hot" that makes the sign fratty? I'd rather hang out with someone in a frat than someone who judges signs and leaves anonymous comments. Most of these posts are obviously written by Roger Paw in an effort to drive readers to his blog which is neither fun nor funny.
