On view from Nov. 1, 2023, through Jan. 7, 2024, this is the first time the collaboration has been the subject of a major New York exhibition since Andy Warhol & Jean-Michel Basquiat at Gagosian Gallery in 1997. The exhibition is traveling from Fondation Louis Vuitton in Paris and has benefited from the collaboration between the two institutions.

One was a great painter the other a showman. Why is Andy in this show?
He's there because it's not the EV Revolutionary Art Committee's decision, it's a private enterprise god forbid.
Warhol is there because Warhol and Basquiat collaborated to create paintings. That’s what the show is all about: their collaboration. Are you serious with your comment?
Both are extremely talented with points of view that have contributed immensely to the art world.
