i love this guy's previous stuff, but i have to say i don't quite get this one. seems the end could be more extreme to match what's happened to the bowery.

Yeah, actually I don't quite get it either....
i think he's trying to say, lay off the reefer.
but seriously i think he's saying that everything will change. it's inevitable.
