Yes, been inside the Bowery Bazaar. A few decent vendors. Worth a walk through. Found a great article of clothing for a mere $40. Would bet if you won that TV you'd be fully responsible for figuring out how to get it out of there.
Yah, I walked by tonight, the screen displays on the front of the bldg are cool. Im not a big shopper of stuff, but I hope who ever is making it sells a lot, I guess.
