New development: Handles on the balcony doors! Now we're looking forward to seeing the rest of the balcony.
Well, not really. We actually like the balconies just the way they are. Will make those outdoor cookouts all the more challenging. Will be fun to watch from a perch at Mona's.

So...with a handle on the outside of the door like that, I assume that means the door opens out. If a railing is installed, it doesn't look like the door will be able to open or, if open, a person cannot get to the half of the balcony blocked by the door. Would've done better to just install a fire escape. At least then there'd be a place to hang the laundry.
