I have seen this lady. I was walking with my baby so I didnt want to say anything just in case she attacks me. She is chinese and I saw her on the corner of 11th and B. Get this crazy woman. FYI, she pushes a cart around.

Can we please rename her The Rat Lady? Cause that's what she's really feeding over there. My kid and I walk through there to and from school every day and that corner of the park is freaking overrun -- worse than ever before. Which is unfortunate, given its proximity to a playground. Rodent-coddler, please take it to Murray Hill

That area of the park truly is overrun by rats. It's disgusting.

It's a shame it's not against the law to feed rodents. Or is it?
