As it stands now, that building is already blocking out a large portion of the afternoon light that normally gives the area a nice glow. Lord knows how that monstrosity is really going to cast a shadow when it reaches 21 floors.
i am devastated and terrified at these supertalls going up in THE HISTORIC LOW RISE EAST VILLAGE, this is not legal these loopholes and these buildings need to stop NOW!!! JFC!!
