Tallgrass Burger is directly next door....and I think they just opened today.

The Cookout Grill mascot always reminded me of Pebbles Flintstone on steroids...
say what you will about the mascot, this place was the best deal in the village. you could get like a half chicken, corn bread, fries and a drink for like 5 bucks. Maybe thats why they went out of business.
