That spot makes me mad because it is so exceptionally ugly. I know the Raven burned down so a total gutting was necessary, but even if the Raven's gorgeous French windows weren't replaced, there's no reason a incredibly cheap-looking glass box needed to be installed instead.
I predict many rounds of failure for whomever rents it out, because the place is just that heinous.
