... would become an "organic, healthy food market."
Well, Dave on 7th sends along a shot of the sign that just went up on the front door...
Gingersnap's Organic featuring "handcrafted conscious cuisine."
And they have a website, though there's isn't much info yet.

It is virtuously impossibe for any company to use the word 'organic' anymore without accompanying it with extremely predictable terms such as '(xxxxx)crafted'
I bet they will sell a wonderful locally sourced, artisanal, rooftop hummus.
I think they forgot the 'artisanal' in that advert...I really don't want my food conscious when I eat it.
rooftop hummus, that's a good one.
@nygrump: good point but you'd rather have "healthy food" than "ailing food" right? But seriously folks, it's a shame about semantics these days isn't it. I mean overuse of hollow buzz-words is troubling, but this inept bungling of basic vocabulary is also a pervasive problem that merits its own concern.
@JAZ
you're right, we're probably better off with another Subway
YAY! I cant wait!!!!
ooo, i hope this cuts down on my trips to commodities and earth matters... finally, something new that i'm looking forward to
Anon 3:44, that's true, I want my animals playful and bubbly before harvest. Dont want some lumpy lamb with cholera.
