Ha! I seethe every time I see this as well. Not sure why. Maybe it's because such an important, seismically influential albums deserves a better fate than to be reduced to a handbag for some whistlehead to carry around, but perhaps I'm being projecting fetishist.
I remember being similarly outraged by a slightly-less-lofty handbag design:
notice, right next to it are Jesus puffy stickers. talk about reducing the "seismically influential"! i'm no Bible thumper, just saying, that's what America is all about, taking the important, the meaningful, and sucking all the lifeblood out of it.
