This is the passage that we Yowza'd about:
Q. What else is in the pipeline?
A. We have an East Village property. It’s going to be a 60,000- to 70,000-square-foot building. We’re also looking at a hotel deal in Kennedy Airport — this would be our first hotel. Kennedy, believe it or not, does not have any hotels that offer significant conference space.
Whoa! What? Where?!
To be continued....

I hope the East Village property comes with a co-generation plant too. E-lec-tri-fy the MACHO MADNESS. YEAH!
The old Cooper Union Engineering building? I think they can build skyward on that lot.
Either that or the lot next to Rite Aid on 1st Ave. A 120-floor building would fit in nicely.
I can't do square feet...exactly how big a building would that be? I'm guessing pretty darn big...
70,000 sq ft is what Whole Foods on Houston leases in that building. So imagine turning that on it's side to fit in a lot.
I haven't had time yet to delve into this... there are several stalled sites around the neighborhood... like the one on 13th Street between A and B... one on 12th Street between A and First... 10th Street and Fourth Avenue... and the space adjacent to Rite-Aid on First Avenue... There's the development in the works for Houston and D, though I think that's more than 70,000 feet...
Hey, maybe it's the blue tarp-laden Mystery Lot?!?
