Today, East Village Loves NYC — the local volunteer group formed in the spring of 2020 to feed people in need during the pandemic — prepared and distributed its third-annual Thanksgiving meal citywide. (More background here.)

An excellent use for the seven billion FreshDirect bags the company has generously left everyone with.
God bless them all, especially that they are out distributing holiday meals in such cold weather. There's a lot of heart and love at work there!
