you see that orange safety cone in the middle of the floor, and that box that says caution? that's where the electric and plumbing is coming from. the cone is covering over what looks like an electric pipe, and a copper water pipe. the cardboard box must be hiding a plumbing pipe.
they are going to put the coffee island right there, makes sense as you want morning ppl to come in , pour the coffee, circle around to the cash registersprobably located to the left out of frame.
