That's an optimistic photo, I hope things are getting better there.
Very symbolic -- the sun rises, the water recedes, power will soon be restored and EV Grieve is back!
definitely glad to see the sunrise these days. shit is not too bad...that is until the sun goes down. then i get a little bummed out.
