Crêpes for First Avenue?

The plywood is down at 135 First Ave. near St. Mark's Place... a tipster says that the space will be a cafe specializing in crêpes (and they look to have a to-go window) ... the address was previously home to Iconic Hand Rolls, which closed in April after 10 months in business.

The new crepe place on 7th Street b/w 1st and A (~1 block from this new shop) hasn't seen any measurable business as far as I can tell.

It'll be interesting to see how the area responds; especially with The Crooked Tree close by, as well.

Funny, just noticed the crepes to go window at Bill Barnacle Tavern around the corner. Has that always been there?
