Fight night

First, a reader passes along word of "a ferocious fight at 4 am outside of st. dymphna's" on St. Mark's Place... Anyone hear anything about this?

Meanwhile, in another fight last night... from the Daily News:

One shot, one slashed in East Village fracas Saturday evening

Two men were injured Saturday night after a brawl in the lobby of an East Village building, sources said.

One man was shot in the hand and another slashed in his face when a fight erupted at the 13th St. building near Fourth Ave. about 11 p.m., sources said.

THE OLD NEW YORK IS BACK?! Last night was a return to the 80's with two NYPD cops shot in Harlem while returning fire at a murder suspect; a stabbing and a shooting in the West Village; and the South Street Seaport - that tourist mecca - is not even immune, three people wounded by gunfire. All in one night!

I heard the fight on St. Marks, a lotta F bombs were being dropped.

Fights, DJ's entertaining the minions waiting for their 8cent crepes, 530am puke in front of my door - ah, life on "Bourbon Street". whattya gonna do?

crepes always seem to create a hostile atmosphere. crepe eaters... bad scene.
